1. Do You Service My Area?
SOS services all towns within the Greater Orlando Area including Winter Park, Lake Nona, Maitland, Winter Garden, Occoee and more.
2. Where are my unwanted items donated to?
SOS cares for a more sustainable future and believes in giving back to our community. We partner with our local women's shelters, homeless shelters, the Salvation Army, and many more to donate items our clients no longer wants to people in need! Not only are you getting your life organized with SOS but you are also helping to make the world a better place.
3. Where do you hold the Initial Consultation?
The Initial Consultation usually will take place at the site that the services are needed or virtually/online.
4. What can I expect at the Initial Consultation?
At the Initial Consultation we will go in to detail about what your goals/needs are, exact cost breakdown for the project, time expectations, supply coordination. A walk through of the project space in person is preferred but we can also chat via online video. This will help to ensure quality spacial development to help to improve the effectiveness of the design for your new space.
5. How much is the Initial Consultation?
The Initial Consultation cost is a one time fee of $50 due before or at the time of consultation. Think of it as putting a deposit or down payment on your future collaboration with SOS.
6. How do we charge?
Our pricing structure is based on an hourly rate, starting at $45 per hour for petite spaces like small pantries, bathroom closets, spice drawers etc.Small, medium, and larger sized projects will incur higher costs, with pricing varying based on the scope and complexity of the task. Total pricing will be discussed during the Initial Consultation.
